• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or unauthorized data extraction is prohibited.

Registration & Security

• You must register with a valid email address or EU mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

Content Ownership & License

• All App content (text, images, code) is owned by Dirbsy or its licensors.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion, without prior notice.
• Upon suspension or termination, you lose all rights to access your account and any data within it.

Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is," "with all faults," and "as available."
• Dirbsy disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by EU law, Dirbsy's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms of Use

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Lithuania and relevant EU regulations.
